  • Where Do I Find You?
    We are located in the back of the Jiujitsu gym "Domination Jiujitsu" where theres parking in the back. It's across the street from the Subury Dealership and next to Flooring America. In between Flooring American and the JiuJitsu gym is a semi hidden driveway that leads to the back of the business where there will be convinient parking. Please feel free to call or text if there is any confusion.
  • Can you provide information about your sanitation procedures?
    All equipment is cleaned before service. That includes any tools that were used for the service and the surrounding area. Clients will be asked to wait if they come early to allow enough time to sanitize
  • Why Do Some Services Have Deposit?
    A deposit ensures a comitment to not only the time frame you choose but also communication to change or cancel your appointment should anything arise unexpectatly, I totally understand if such a situation happens and can work with you to give you the best experience possible. I am appointment based only meaning I have limited time slots for clientle to ensure everyone has the quality that makes this exprerience 'Good Old Fashioned'. Currently all services over $40 require deposits. Members are excluded from deposits because of monthly contribution.
  • What Are Memberships?
    Memberships are montly customizable subscriptions which include various services such as haircuts, beard trims, facials, massages, jiujitsu lessons and more. Plans are charged by the service and amount you can reedem by the end of the month. For example Meta+ is a plan that includes four barber services with 1 massage service from a massage therapist. Access to the Lounge which includes refreshments such as beers, waters, and juice. Main sporting events such as fights, football, baseball, ect. and discounts on services the exceed the barber services already provided.   • What if I Don't Know How to Explain My Haircut?
    We have all been there, sitting in the chair hoping to the higher powers to help us explain how we want our haircut and not get buched, chopped or embarassed. It has been one of the main reasons I became a barber and make it a habit to ask in detail how you would like every aspect of the haircut. "I'll leave it up to you" is half of the equation and believe its my duty to make you feel comfortable enough to give you the best haircut you have ever gotten by asking enough questions.
  • Are There Any Other Barbers?
    Goodofb only has one barber at the moment.
  • Do You Cut Women's Hair?
    Barbers specialize in shorter hairstyles within a specific range. Pixie Cuts and Bobs of all variants are examples of short hairstyles that range outside of barber expertise. Outside of specific trims, techniques, and experience is limited.
  • How do I Reschedule or Cancel My Appointment?
    You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by login in and changing your appointment using our system. You can log in, go to your account settings and select "My Bookings" to change any services. you can also change or cancel your appointment by responding to your confirmation email or by texting (510)439-7303
  • Do you accept walk-ins?
    There have been last-minute cancellations and wonderfully timed walk-ins but we stay with an appointment-forward mentality. However, it is possible.
  • How Often Do You Rise Prices
    I attempt to delay them as long as possible but do so for various reasons. Since reopening in 2021 we have raised them twice.
  • Why am I charged a service fee
    I am charged 2.9% and ¢35 per transaction. I push this forward so I can cover the cost of the transaction fee and receive the actual cost of the service.
