Cancellation Policy
No refunds for 'no shows.' To avoid automated billing, please cancel at least 1 hour before your appointment. 'GOFB Service' requires 24-hour notice. Reschedule or cancel by replying to your email, texting, calling (510) 439-7303, or logging in. Online refunds are case by case. For Membership Plan Holders, you can reschedule or cancel without losing your service allowance by using the appointment system when you log in
